'This property does not have a reception desk or anyone on site most of the time (I knew that when I booked). But, I received a text everyday from the management to check if I needed anything - and, if I responded about needing something, they were responsive and positive. Also, I was supposed to receive housekeeping services every 2-3 days but the housekeeper came in everyday to make up the room.'
