A relaxing vacation and plenty of beach memories are in store for you at this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo! Guests have access to all the comforts of home, including Wireless Internet, four TVs, two DVDs, a fully-equipped kitchen, an electric fireplace, central air conditioning, and a full-size washer/dryer. Best of all, you can relax and enjoy partial Bay views right from your own spacious wrap-around balcony! Grab your beach chair and walk down to the sand for a day of sun and surf (one block), or take a swim in the refreshing shared outdoor pool (open seasonally).

What's nearby:
This condo is less than one block from the beach and within a short walking distance of many popular restaurants and attractions, such as Dough Roller, Rita's, and On the Bay Seafood. This home away from home is also conveniently located across the street from the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, which hosts wonderful events throughout the year, such as Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', OC Bikefest, Ocean City Boat Show, and more. Also just a short drive from the downtown Boardwalk area.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice place but not clean
Our unit was very nice and in a good location, however it was not at all clean. There was hair on the toilet and large balls of dust in the living room. We found cheerios and dirty tissues on the floor and something brown smeared on the wall next to the toilet. We called the property manager and she did refund our cleaning fee. After our first shower in one bathroom, we found that the drain was clogged and the water was backing up. When we attempted to contact the manager again, she said she would get back to us. We tried a second time and got a text response asking for the unit number. A third attempt went unanswered. All of us had to shower in one bathroom which was an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed our week, but for the price we paid, I would not stay here again.

Nice roomy apartment. However bathrooms need some attention. A good cleaning and re- caulking of shower and tub. Location was very good as it was close to beach and shops/restaurants.

This was a very nice property. The issues of Covid made things a bit inconvenient - such as they would not entertain an early check in what so ever. Also, bringing all our own linens/towels etc was not the best. They did offer an linens package but it was very expensive given what we were already paying for the property. Overall the condo was clean and large. The location was very central to a lot of things and we prefer staying further away from the boardwalk. The beach is right there and is easy to get to as well. The pullout couch was not very comfortable so keep that in mind if someone needs to sleep on that. It was really nice the condo came with 2 parking spaces.
