Ocean and Bay View 2 bedroom top floor condo - steps to the beach and in a PRIME MIDTOWN LOCATION! Enjoy the ocean view AND bay view from the private balcony! The living, dining and kitchen areas are in a large, open area so entertaining and socializing is easy. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin XL on top. There is a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. This property also has two full bathrooms, high speed internet, wifi, new stainless steel appliances and a new washer and dryer in the condo. Streaming is available on both TVs (no cable) with your login credentials. The living room TV has integrated apps (Roku TV) and the master bedroom has a Comcast streaming device ( sort of like an Apple TV,) which can play the Comcast Peacock app as well as other mainstream apps like Hulu and Netflix. For your vacation, you'll get 2 assigned, covered parking spaces. Please note this is a covered garage so vehicles with luggage racks etc may not fit in garage. This is a top floor, fourth floor condo and there is a secured elevator in the building. Salty Sands is close to it all - many restaurants and bars including Seacrets, Macky's, 45th St. Taphouse, Alley Oops, Fager's Island, Coconuts and even Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park! Location, location, location!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $119.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

Long Weekend with Three Generations

We loved this condo! It was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. The condo was clean and spacious, everything worked properly, we had no issues. My husband and I were there with my parents and our three kids (youngest was 6 weeks old), and it was perfect. The only complaint we had by the end was the 10am checkout just felt a little early. 11 would be nicer. And it could have been miscommunication between me and my parents but the checkout process with all the keys and the codes changing was a little challenging. Would definitely love to come again, this time without my parents so my family can spread out a bit more.

Great size for family or couple and great location

The pictures do no justice on how spacious and clean this condo is. My family rents a condo every year and we have stayed at several different beaches and I have never had my rental come equipped with enough toilet paper, trash bags, dish & hand soap, Paper towels, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, cling wrap, dishwasher tabs, cleaning chemicals( and quite the variety might I add) To last a day And certainly not enough to last the whole week! Literally everything you have under your kitchen and bathroom sinks at home, This house was stocked with. I don’t know if it’s the owners or the tenants that just leave Leftover items behind Like we did, Either way, having everything there was very much appreciated! The only hassle was the elevator key. We were on the fourth floor and had to walk all the way up the steps and go into the condo to get the elevator key to access the elevators. There were more than enough for everyone to carry their own, but on several occasions, someone ran up to the condo from the beach or from the car garage forgetting the key.
