Luxury Beach House Holiday

Eigentijds / Nieuwe en architect zijn ontworpen. Dit huis is een kans om te leven van het strand stijl in absolute comfort en weelde.

Controleer de branding voorwaarden vanaf het dakterras. Wandel naar het strand, Barwon River, cafés, restaurants en winkels letterlijk een paar minuten lopen.

Dit huis is verdeeld over drie niveaus en geladen met daglicht en uitzicht.

Profiteer van de locatie, voorzieningen of gewoon verblijf in het huis einde genieten van het buiten de deur ruimte, barbecue en zwemmen spa.

Als de grootste stad buiten Geelong op de Bellarine Peninsula, Ocean Grove biedt een ruime keuze aan winkels, waaronder grote supermarkten, restaurants, cafés en speciaalzaken.

Coastal attracties zijn onder andere de branding beacheswhich voorste Bass Strait en verschillende wandelpaden die goede uitzichten langs het strand bieden. Het centrale punt op de belangrijkste surf strand Ocean Grove is de Dunes Cafe & Bar, naast de Surf Life Saving Club, die wordt omgeven door gazons, inheemse tuinen en bolders gesneden en geschilderd in de mensen die het leven en de tijden van het gebied. De Barwon River, in de buurt van de riviermonding, biedt een veilige en beschutte zwemmen langs het zandstrand, terwijl verder stroomopwaarts is een steiger en boothelling.

Een groot deel van Ocean Grove is verdeeld over de glooiende heuvels en valleien, die dit deel van de Bellarine schiereiland karakteriseren, geven goede uitzicht naar de oceaan en de omgeving. Blue Waters Lake en de Begola Wetlands zijn twee belangrijke landinwaarts waterattracties op de bodem van de valleien van de stad, met wandelpaden en een verzameling van vogels.

Minuten van Adventure Park en tot 14 wijnhuizen om uit te kiezen en te bezoeken.

Closet Holiday House to the beach

A very high class holiday house, less than 3 minutes walk to the beautiful beach & 3 minutes walk to town, you can ;leave your car on the property. The house is full to the brim with everything you need & not having to bring any bedding etc always a bonus Great views and fantastic breeze flows through the house. A good tip is to ask for the spa to be warm as we went straight in it when we arrived. Quality fittings all through this house & everything worked well, ( & we didn't even break anything), A surprising hit with the kids were the wooden fish on the door handle, when it opens they fall off & make a decent noise, every door i came out of the kids put them on & was laughter all weekend. This house is simply top notch - well invested in by the owners & they want you to enjoy this place like they do. High end holiday home with super conformable beds - highly recommended for those people who will respect a house.

Perfect location, close to beach and shops

Short walk to beach and shops. Layout was perfect for two families with two living areas, so kids could watch TV separate to Adults. Large open communal living area. Great views of water. Beautiful home.

Had a lovely stay for a week. Great spot & lovely view Be careful if you have young children/elderly guests as the stairs are quite steep. We have young kids & blocked the entrace/exit for the stairs so they would not accidently access them

The house was well equipped but no dishwashing tablets and the cleanliness of the spa could of been better. There was gunk on the walls of the spa. The view of the beach and the location of the house from the shops and cafe made it convenient. Heaps of board games and streaming of movies and DVDs was a bonus. Overall good but you can really tell the house has really been overused by other guests. We made sure we kept things tidy before we left.

The communication from Stayz was a disgrace! non existant. Great property great location nothing bad to be sad about the very upmarket property. However it took 48hrs to heat the Spa & it was dirty...............so in the end no spa .

Great location.

We stayed in this home with 2 adults and 5 teenage children. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The board games and dvds were a great addition. Location is perfect, set a short stroll to the beach and the Main Street of Ocean Grove. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!

Beachside beauty

Great spot for families, large and comfortably furnished, well appointed with nice shower rainhead. The areas for kids gathering and games was fun, spa pool great and upstairs lounge with plenty of books to read and dream with. Perfect view from the dining table. Easy walk to the beach. Loved it.
