The Lake House is een nieuwe, high-end bouwvakman, huis dat de stille rust en privacy biedt van een 12 hectare groot meer aan het meer, met gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand. Het strand ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen naar beneden 207e St of rijden recht naar het strand op 225e straat, op slechts 3 minuten afstand. Het centrum van Long Beach en Ocean Park liggen op 5 minuten rijden.

Vergeet je vistuig niet! Loop de achterdeur uit, spring in een kajak, kano of waterfietsen (alles meegeleverd) en je kunt gaan gieten voor grote bas, gele baars of regenboogforel. Visseizoen opent de laatste zaterdag in april en eindigt op 31 oktober.

Er bestaat niet zoiets als regenachtig worden in het Lake House. Het is gevuld met voorzieningen, waaronder je eigen privé-bioscoop met meer dan 450 films (veel nieuwe releases) om uit te kiezen en ingebouwde verstelbare stoelen voor de beste filmervaring.

Op de afgelegen overdekte patio achterin kunt u genieten van het uitzicht op het meer en de buitenhaard of genieten in de recent toegevoegde hot tub. Jong en jong van hart kunnen genieten van de speelkamer met een grote slate pooltafel, Xbox 360, darts, speelgoed en spelletjes voor kinderen van alle leeftijden.

Slaap maximaal 16 in 5 slaapkamers met 2 master suites! Je hebt ook je eigen privékantoor met een bureau en ingebouwde boekenplanken voor als je uit vakantie moet telewerken of je hebt gewoon een rustige plek nodig om te zitten en je favoriete boek te lezen.

Excellent house for the family get together

It was a great stay and the house was in perfect condition. It is in a secluded location with access to the lake. The theater room and kids toy room is a crowd pleaser.

Weekend Retreat

Had a fantastic stay here! Management was incredibly quick to respond and patiently answered all questions! No issues during stay and had a small (15 people) wedding reception in the gorgeous backyard. Everything was so clean and well stocked, would highly recommend to everyone! I'd be comfortable staying at any of their properties in the future!

Great stay!

We loved the place. Plenty of room for the extended family to stay. We enjoyed the amenities provided, including the hot tub, game room, theatre room, and lake activities. Our toddlers enjoyed the sand box out back while we had a horseshoe tournament for the adults :). Our two labs also enjoyed the lake! This was perfect for our group, and close proximity to the beach and tourist activities.

Great location with plenty of space for large family vacation

Although we were only a family of 4 with our dog, we enjoyed the large rooms, great backyard and beautiful property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and the movie room was an added bonus. Would definitely return.

Great house

This house has everything! We like being on the lake because it was much warmer and the kids had fun with the paddle boat. The beach is a short drive away. There are TONS of indoor and outdoor toys for kids of all ages and a nice little office if you need to get some work done. The movie theater was also a BIG hit. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The house was beautiful, and the view of the lake was gorgeous! The host checked in with me before during and after, so I felt well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. (Only the knives needed some sharpening). The family really loved the theater room! We definitely want to come back!

Nature At It’s Best

The home is big & beautiful, but the property is the best, even at Christmas. We were able to use the paddle boat in the lake and saw many herons, cormorants, Buffleheads, & Kingfishers. In the woods behind the house we found mosses, mushrooms, lichen & a tree frog.

Excellent location and amenities

After issues with a different local property and manager resulted in needing to find a new place for a multi-generational family event, the Lake House with Bloomer Estates was better than we’ve ever experienced. The property was perfect with opportunities for everyone, and Bloomer Estates communicated with us in the days leading up to the rental, during our stay, and even afterward. We will be back!

Great private spot!

We loved how private the house was. The lake view was stunning, the house was fantastic- kids LOVED the theatre room, so much space to spread out or to be together. Game room was a hit, and the kitchen was well stocked for my chef husband and his best friend to cook for us. Also loved that is was dog friendly. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back.

Great Large Vacation Rental

We had a great family stay. The property is as advertised. There was so much room for everyone to spread out or be all together. There was plenty of outside yard space for games we brought as well as the horses shoe game provided. Everyone enjoyed the boats and some of the kids even swam in the lake. The property was in a great location, private but also a close drive into town or the beach for the activities our large group wanted to do. We had a great time and hope to book this property again in the future.

Absolutely amazing rental!

I had my closest friends over for my 30th celebration and I could not have asked for a better place. The secluded property, lakefront area, amenities...all too amazing. The weather held up and we were able to enjoy the paddle boat and canoe and we held one of the best karaoke sessions at the home theater room ever. The property ownership was incredibly communicative and left such great instructions that contributed to the amazing stay. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this milestone the most amazing experience ever.

Family Christmas Fun

We had 3 generations of family together. The house allowed us many opportunities to be together, but there were also many places to have quiet time. We played together in the yard, hot tub, theatre room & game room. And we ate together at the huge dining room table. But we also had snuggled up with a cozy blanket.reading time & baths with a glass of wine in the huge bathtubs. We never got in each other’s way even in the spacious kitchen.
