Take one of the home’s new beach cruisers out for a ride to Bethany Beach, tee off at a nearby golf course, or enjoy some retail therapy at the area's finest outlets and boutiques up and down Coastal Highway.

The home features luxurious upgrades, high-end furnishings, and modern amenities. There is plenty of room for entertaining and socializing, making your beach vacation relaxing and enjoyable, providing fuel for your soul.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the front porch, back patio or in one of the many cozy reading spots within the home. You'll enjoy preparing delicious snack platters and wonderful meals in the modern kitchen complete with walk-in custom pantry, counter seating for four and every modern kitchen amenity that you could want for a memorable stay at the beach.

Enjoy formal meals together at the dining table with seating for ten and then enjoy movie night in the adjacent living room or upstairs in the great room where the cozy U-shaped couch will fit everyone around a 75" Smart TV with loads of comfortable blankets, plush ottomans and plenty of space to spread out.

Each of the five bedrooms are designed to make you feel comfortable, equipped with luxurious mattresses and fine bedding, custom closets and plenty of hangers. Most bedrooms have room darkening blinds and curtains to ensure an incredible night's sleep at the beach. Every bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine that can be set to your favorite relaxing sounds while you sleep.

Each bathroom includes a hair dryer, stocked toiletries (because someone always forgets their toothbrush or shampoo), and luxurious towels for each guest.

The second floor laundry room includes a washer, dryer and all laundering essentials.

Craving an outdoor oasis? You'll find a backyard modern patio space equipped with a state-of-the-art Broil King grill for culinary enthusiasts. With ample comfortable seating, including two big hanging bucket chairs, relaxation and comfort are at the forefront. As the sun sets, the 9' umbrella and hanging lights illuminate the night, creating a magical ambience that is simply unforgettable.

This is a 'no boredom' home, with lots of games, books and puzzles for all ages. The garage includes croquet, pickleball esentials, loads of sports balls, SpikeBall, cornhole and jumbo Jenga. Feel free to use one of the brand new beach cruisers for a stroll through the neighborhood, to the pool or up to Bethany Beach. Beach essentials including chairs, toys, towels and a wagon are also available during your stay.

For remote work or schooling, there is a desk in the double twin bedroom upstairs and an office on the main level with wireless access to a color printer.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
*Located in Ocean View Beach Club, you’ll have access to many community amenities including a private clubhouse with outdoor pool, a billiards room, fitness center, sauna, steam room, locker rooms, pickleball and basketball when pickleball is not in use. Outdoor swimming pool and fire pit is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

*Renter wristbands can be purchased at the clubhouse for $38 per person per week and must be worn by all renters, age 6 and above, while using the amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
*There is a beach shuttle that runs on weekends in the summer.

"I don’t know where to begin. I think we could have showed up with a few changes of clothes and been perfectly accommodated for the entire stay! This beautiful home (and it is absolutely a home) was breath taking from the moment we walked in. And as we explored, everything was, dare I say, perfect. Look at the pictures and you’ll see the amazing layout, furnishings, kitchen, patio and more. But what you may not fully grasp are the details that are so lovingly adorned through every room. And the abundance of supplies included were always top of the line. The neighborhood is immaculate, quiet and extremely peaceful and the location is so close to a huge amount of things to do in Bethany. OK you get the point. "I just finished a fantastic stay at Deborah's place in Ocean View. Stayed with my wife and 2 kids (6 and 2) and in laws so 8 people total. Deborah was very helpful in advance. From the moment we walked in to the house we were wowed. The place was even more gorgeous in person than the incredible photos. The house was stunning and incredibly clean, way nicer than the other homes in the area (at least from photos). The beds were all very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided and then some, from a wonderful welcome basket to a stocked pantry and cabinets, it truly felt like a home away from home.
