'My family of 10 people ranging in age from 12 to 71 years enjoyed this home so much. It was fully stocked, sheets and towels provided, kitchen amenities and family games. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pool in the community was another bonus. It is super close to all the Bethany attractions and we will definitely be renting here again. The owner has excellent communication and is super responsive. '

There were 16 family members(age 8 to 74) in our group and I never once heard complaints of being bored The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, perfect for social interaction and still allows alone time for those that need it. The pool was wonderful and the surrounding furnishing were so comfortable that it was a favorite place to hang out and talk. 'We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had a bunch of convenient amenities. We especially loved the screened in porch! Lots of kids stuff available for use at the house, which was appreciated. Close distance to grocery stores and short drive to the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer! '

'We all had a great time staying here! The house was everything and more. We had 12 people staying and we had more than enough room. It was clean and the owner was also available when we needed help with something. The house was so close to our favorite beach the boardwalk. The kids had fun at the pool, the golf course, and all the beaches. I would highly recommend this place for sure.'

'The home was very comfortable with access to a neighborhood pool and tennis/pickleball court. Easy bike ride to the beach, close to restaurants and grocery stores. It is worth noting that Bethany has more people than the city infrastructure can handle. Parking and getting around by car can be a hassle. But this home is close enough for an under 15 minute bike ride to the beach with designated bike lanes. An e-bike would probably be 5. I recommend this home without reservation. It was...

'The rental process was very easy and the renter was very communicative and responsive. The house is very nice and renovated with a game "shed". The only downside to the game shed was it was a bit disheveled and had some bugs here and there (ants and spiders) along with the house. However, we noticed one of the room fans didn't work properly and they brought a working one right away. The property was on the "main strip" but also made it easy to get anywhere in and around Bethany Beach. '

'The house was super comfortable with tons of space for our family of 8 and every appliance you would need- washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster and propane grill. It also had 2 adult bikes for getting around the community, 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach and a beach wagon to carry them in! It was 65 per person for the resort pass to access the pool, beach shuttle and sports courts- which came with equipment borrowing too! Overall- i highly recommend!'

'Home felt like "home". Spacious, clean, easy to access. Close to local beach areas; a good central location. Only complaint was the ceiling height. We are tall and going to the second floor and the second level ceilings were very low. I hit my head multiple times going upstairs. I think that should be in the description. '
