8 - 11 september voor $ 1.169. 00 (en elk weekend daar na tot 30 maart)

Mooie 4 slaapkamers 2. 5 badkamers. Slechts 3. 5 mijl van Bethany Beach en zijn prachtige promenade, winkels, restaurants en de oceaan. Toegang tot het buurtzwembad en een speeltuin. Vakantiehuis is compleet met aangepaste keuken ontworpen met een verscheidenheid aan stenen werkbladen, ping pong, tafelvoetbal, hoefijzers, dartbord (breng uw eigen darts) zijn er voor de lol. Er zijn dubbele woonkamers, flatscreentelevisies met videorecorder en dvd-spelers in de slaapkamers, honderden films voor uw plezier, kabel is alleen beschikbaar in de woonkamer in de woonkamer, telefoon thuis tijdens de zomer, dubbele split-level buitendek met gasgrill om handmatig en houtskool aan te steken grill ook beschikbaar (moet houtskool briketts leveren en zelf instellen), vuurplaats, buiten zitplaatsen, fietsen, high-end training apparatuur, boogie boards (voor gebruik op het strand), en vijf strandstoelen. Bear Trap Dunes (27 holes premier country club) aan de overkant van de straat - op loopafstand met een leuk restaurant en buiten zitplaatsen op de golfbaan!
Eigenaar van huis is eigenaar van Scott's Custom Auto Body in Beltsville MD. 20705 & Lord's and Lady's Limousines in Riverdale Md. 20737 sinds 1981 en is gewend klanten gelukkig te maken. Een reiziger gelukkig maken is mijn belangrijkste taak, vraag het maar.
Als de reiziger een creditcard gebruikt of echeckt, moet de eigenaar de servicekosten van 3% per bankcheque worden terugbetaald bij het retourneren van het ondertekende contract aan de eigenaar.
Als zaterdag check-in wordt aangevraagd, is er een premie van $ 299. 00 direct te betalen aan de eigenaar bij het retourneren van ondertekend contract.
Als het uitchecken op zaterdag wordt aangevraagd, is er een toeslag van $ 299. 00 rechtstreeks aan de eigenaar te betalen via cheque bij het retourneren van ondertekend contract.

OK property, minus details

The house is fine but several details left all us adults more than a little let down. We had a full house and were already out of tp by the time all guests arrived on the first eve. Also no other basic supplies provided such as garbage bags or dishwasher detergent. We had to pay extra - in cash - for sheets and towels, and extra fee for using ctredit card for house payment. There was also an overly complicated process requested of us to sign a paper lease separate from the VRBO listing, which wasn't provided to us until about 4 days before check-in, and we were told we had to print it out ourselves. We were also told there were bikes available but were not given access to the garage where they were kept because the owner had his motorcycles in there. There were lots of ants on the kitchen counter, the dryer and garbage disposal didnt work. Beware with little kids back deck/yard is directly on a main road. Overall the house and community swiming pool is nice, but we were all baffled by the lacking details which took away from a fully satisfactory experience. We gladly would have paid a little more to have a smoother experience for a family gathering of folks coming from different parts of the country.

A Fantastic week

The Beach House we rented was everything we hoped for. It was all on one floor, which was great for my husband who has Parkinson's. There was a lot of fun activities for our teenagers to do. Bikes to ride, an air hockey table, ping pong, chess table and pin ball machines. The house was lovely and very clean and Scott, our host was awesome, so helpful and accommodating! The house was close to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island State Park, I would definitely recommend this house to you for a great family vacation! We had a blast!

Nice stay.

Backyard faces a busy road- can’t tell that from the pictures. But as long as kids can listen to stay on the deck it isn’t a problem. Very open layout and on all one level which is nice for kids and older family members. Has ramp to get in house so technically wheelchair accessible. Has some glass tables that aren’t exactly kid friendly. But overall very nice. Stay at plenty of places and this place definitely provided more kitchen supplies than most which was very nice. Owner lives across the street so is obviously easily accessible. Access to pull was excellent and nice to come from the beach to the pool, outdoor shower at the pool to get ride of sand before cooling down at the pool and walking back to the house. Dryer in the house didn’t work well at all so don’t expect to do laundry even thought it’s available. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend going back. Easy access to Bethany beaches.

Wedgewood house at Ocean View

The house is extremely workable for a family. It is all on one floor. There is a variety of games in the recreation room/living room area across from the kitchen, making it ideal for kids and teens. We also got a lot of use of the bikes. The house is quite close to the road in back, making the deck less usable than it otherwise would have been. The pool is about three blocks from the house. It took us about 10 minutes to drive and park at Bethany Beach, and about 30-40 minutes to drive and park at Rehoboth.

Convenient Ranch-Style

Our stay was last summer. The owner was accommodating. He offered to build a ramp to the front door, as my mother-in-law uses a walker. I reminded him a couple days before our stay and he was putting on the finishing touches as we arrived. The house is spacious, with a beautiful updated kitchen and lovely hard wood flooring in the foyer, dining room, and hallways. My children enjoyed the air hockey and foosball tables. Some rooms have too much furniture and appear cluttered. It would be truly spectacular in the hands of a professional interior decorator.

Honest Stay Details

We are a family of 7 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10 months-12 years and it wasn't the most family friendly. Because we were coming from far and leaving early we asked to get the pool keys and stay at the pool till 4:00 check in time. Scott said yes and then day of when I said what time someone would be there he said Negative, Enjoy the beach. Said he didn't receive the contract (which was in his mailbox that he didn't check). We ordered the sheet and bath towel service around $200(which we never had to do with past rentals) and because we told him a week earlier that "didn't give him enough time to put them on the beds". During our stay the propane in the grill ran out on the first time we were using it while the food was on the grill and when I texted Scott he said to refill and pay it forward to the next people (he was across the street and could have let us borrow his tank). And the pictures are very deceiving the backyard is on a pretty main road with no fence. The firepit is steps away from the street and the deck gave pretty much everyone a splinter. The yard is not kid friendly. The pool was nice and probably 3 miles to the beach. If you like movies then this guy has a lot!

Great house for family groups

It was clean, comfortable, and roomy, in a quiet neighborhood just outside the bustle of the beaches. Everything worked well (grill, kitchen, air conditioning,), the beds were comfortable, the foosball was a blast. There was salt & pepper, plus coffee filters, pots & pans, & silverware. (Bring your hairdryer.) One note for groups with young children: the yard & decks back onto a moderately busy road. It wasn’t a problem, but it’s not the sort of place where kids can run around unattended.

Overall, my family and I were very pleased. The house was clean with more than enough entertainment to keep all ages occupied. We loved the ping pong table in the garage and the bikes that were available. This was our first vacation home with Homeaway and Scott was one of the best hosts we've had. No issues with communication or check in. He even gave some really good restaurant and parking recommendations. Five star service!!!

The property was nice and contact with the owner was great. There was some trouble with the air conditioning so we spent some time there very uncomfortable but the owner was quick to respond to the problem. There was problem after check out that the neighbor accused one of our cars of denting her mailbox which we did not do, I believe it was just easy access to blame the out of town people if we did it we would have took responsibility. Other then that the stay was very nice.

Great Family Vacation

This property was perfect for us. Family vaca. Several families. Kids. The open floor plan was perfect. Plenty of things to do around the house (foosball, games, ping pong, bonfires). The community pool was clean and perfect for the kids. Groceries and wine and spirits shops are within a five minute drive. The beach is ten mins away. Great spot. Definitely recommended.

Great Home a quick drive to Bethany Beach

We chose this house for a vacation home for 9 of us, including three kids and teens. The house is set up for entertaining all ages and the owner went out of his way to provide items to make our stay happy. While this beautiful home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and in a nice neighborhood with a pool, it is situated right next to a busy road. It is a short 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach, which we found family-friendly and lively. Overall we were very pleased!
