'Woodhouse Mountain Lodge was an ideal escape for us. Situated on a mountainside that feels remote despite being minutes from a highway, this lodge offers villas that feel secluded and "away from it all," along with ocean views. 'Fantastic place. Wonderful rooms and the best host team we have ever experienced!'

'This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. Spectaculary renovated property with a completely unique, fabulous style. Every comfort considered, breakfasts that were beyond, and pastry chef treats with your evening tea. Katrina and Brenda are warm, gracious hosts who make you feel like welcome friends. We are so happy we were able to enjoy their outstanding hospitality and excellent tips for what to do in the area. A total delight!'

'Great place to stay while visiting Matakana. 10/10 would stay again.'

'Prachtige kamer en vriendelijk ontvangst. Zalig gegeten in de plaatselijke pub op aanraden van onze gastvrouw. Ontbijt was zalig. Alleen bed zou iets groter mogen.'
