'Nadat we bij aankomst merkte dat we een andere kamer hadden verwacht, namelijk verwacht aan het zwembad bij het lage gebouw en niet in het indoor-zwembad in de afgesloten ruimte van het hoge gebouw, heeft de receptie ons zo spoedig mogelijk een andere kamer toegewezen, weliswaar met een kleine bijbetaling maar dat is logisch . I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. 'The parking is terrible but there are some positives. Staff is layed back and friendly. They do not bother you. The rooms are like efficiencies fully equipped with silverware, pots, pans, plates. Great if you need to stay a few days and want privacy. It is busy though cause it's a beach entrance for people. If you get the room on the end the oceanfront room it's pretty nice. 'dresser broken, room not very clean, dropped key behind desk, moved desk to retrieve key card and do not think it has been thoroughly cleaned in years. only 2 small elevators for 10 floors of people, only enough parking for 1/2-3/4 of the guests staying at hotel, so don’t drive to dinner or you will not have a spot and have to run through the pouring rain across a busy road with kids in the middle of Daytona. nice view, decent breakfast(great for kids), nice pool (also great for kids.) good...

'No hot water the first day, was eventually fixed, but free breakfast that was promised when booking wasn't fullfilled they went as far as to charge for coffee and juice as there was a restaurant attached I believe the breakfast should have been at least 50 percent off since it was promised free breakfast on the website and on Expedia but other than it was okay'
