'The place was exactly as pictured-Much nicer than the condo our family members stayed in in building D. My only suggestions is to have grilling utensils (in the event you want to use the property grills). And better instructions on where the office is to pickup your keys. We could not find the office. We asked 3 or 4 people around the pool and no one knew I finally bumped into an amazon delivery guys who directed me to the office. Otherwise our stay was great. We would definitely stay here...

'Great stay, very close to the beach. We just walked time 2 blocks down and enjoyed the sunset with the kids. That said, could have also enjoyed it witha couple glasses of wine from the upstairs balcony. Comfortable, and clean. Only point of now I b would make is next to commuter train tracks, so some noise. Kids loved it, but could see where that might be an issue for some. Would love to come back again. '

'We spent 3 days in Oceanside for a wedding and I could not have found a better spot to stay at, the chairs right outside the door are wonderful to watch the waves. The location was PERFECT, so much around to do within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the check in/out process was seamless. Also, I recieved multiple messages checking in to ensure we didn't need anything. If ever in the area again this will be where we stay!'

'This rental had sleeping accommodations for my small family. Walking distance to beach (5 minutes). Great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Ocean breezes.'

'Our cottage was wonderful! The location, the comfort of the bed, it made for a good vacation! It's a basic cottage but fit our needs perfectly. The chairs outside were great for watching the surfers and the waves. The view is spectacular! Although I do have to say the couch needs to be replaced. It's really uncomfortable, and they need to fix the blinds on the window so you can put them up. Our only real problem was parking my Palisade. 'Stay was great and we would be happy to come back. My mother was amazed at how nice the place was, and I was surprised to hear her comment as such so many times. My kids loved being so close to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, clean, and everything worked. Patio was great to catch the ocean breeze, and the complex grounds are beautiful and well-designed to create seclusion and privacy. Koi pond was a major draw for my kids and others that stopped by. There was construction going on...

'The house was clean and comfortable. Parking on the street was required because our low rental car could not make it up the steep driveway into the garage. This was problematic for us and it would be the only reason we wouldn't stay there again'

'I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. I was happy we stayed here and hope to go back soon. The only issue is that the water heater went out on Sunday afternoon, but it was turned...

'Spacious, perfect for our family of 6. Close to the beach, the cafes, and shops. Has a unique rooftop patio for a bit of sun. Very well maintained with plenty of room for everyone. For a longer stay like ours, having the kitchen and laundry facilities was essential. It was nice to have a dining table for 6 for our Christmas as well '

'This is a cute little cottage that needs a lot of TLC. We were very disappointed. The inside was very clean and decorated nicely. This is not an accessible house… you can get a wheelchair in the front door from the street but that is it. We had our 90 yr old mother with us and she could not take a shower as there were no grabber bars in either bathroom. The kitchen was ill equipped.. I had one large fry pan to fix breakfast for 6 adults… no mixing bowls to make pancake batter, very few utensils...

'We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. '

'This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this property. I love everything about it. It’s clean, it’s in a wonderful area, they have rooms with nice ocean views. The only change I wish they would make: please put a trash can in the bathroom.'

'Loved this hidden gem! Clean, large and had everything we needed. Friendly staff and free garage parking. We could see the water from our balcony (when it wasn’t foggy). Only downside is it’s quite noisy, but this is not the property’s fault at all. Will definitely stay again.'
