Great option in Oceanside for a big group
Rented this house for a couple days with 8 guys and it was perfect. Shared bathrooms was the only downside and the property isn't in pristine condition (typical beach town stuff) but overall highly recommend.

The following did not work: spa, parking lift, refrigerator water and heat in 75% of house.
Poor experience due to nonfunctional spa, heat, garage lift, refrigerator water and no action to fix any of them the 3 days we were there. I flew in my 8 grandsons from MI and highly disappointed. I am requesting a 50 % rebate.

We do apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your vacation. The spa had a GFCI outlet go bad and it took troubleshooting to diagnose the issue. The garage lift requires us to outsource to a third party and unfortunately in this situation, we are at the mercy of scheduling. We do want to clarify that action was taken on our end & we did our best to remedy the issues that arose during your stay. Great spaces but dated
The spaces were wonderful - great views and enough flexibility to house our large family and make everyone happy. Fun to gather on common spaces, and enough room to get some alone time as needed. There is great need for repair and replacement. Stained carpets in some locations, some mechanicals and security elements were not working or not present as represented in promotional material. Any small additions requested were quoted at very high prices (2 hour early check in at close to $500, so we felt like cash cows to the agency at times. Quick responses to calls/texts regarding maintenance issues and the maintenance folks were great and helpful. Being owners of second homes we understand wear and tear in rentals, but this property went way beyond that in needs for remodeling of some key spaces. Loved the sound of the ocean right outside our bedroom windows!

Oh the Views
This house is a great location and tons of room for everyone! The house was we'll stocked with plenty of the the basics for our stay. Due to the excessive heat while we were there we ran into some air conditioning issues, which the property management did their best to fix. They were super responsive. Note if you are going during the heat of the summer, the house only has a few in room air conditioners it is not central, and there are 6 bedrooms that do not have AC at all.

Great for large groups
This property is excellent for large groups. The location is great. There is no beach here, but during low tide you can go down some stairs to the water. Overall the house had all that we needed. Some of the rooms can be hot at night since there is no central air. Small desk fans are provided, but I’d suggest bringing a bigger box fan if you run hot at night. For the price I would expect everything to be in perfect working order and top notch, and not everything was. The hot tub had two jets not working so was more of a hot still bath. They sent someone to look at it, but he couldn’t fix it on the spot. The garage car lifts were not working, so we only had insight parking for three cars. Thankfully there is street parking on the weekends. And the microwave handle was broken when we got there. These didn’t bother our group too much, but you would expect more from a company that charges so much money for the rental. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The stuff provided smells like sulfur. I would stay here again because of the location is gorgeous and the size of the place for our large group was perfect, but I hope the company fixes these few issues and I hope these notes help others know what to expect!

We loved the number of bedrooms so we could all have our own. Loved the location to the ocean, could watch dolphins from time to time. Could boogie board at low tide. Loved 2 kitchens and 3 refrigerators. Great for big group.

Had a great time in San Diego at the property. A lot of my group had to drop out last minute and Beachfront Rentals were so supportive and assistive in finding a smaller rental for us and giving me credit for the difference. Made the whole experience stress free during COVID uncertainty.

We enjoyed a week at this beautiful property. Great location, great access to the beach. Stairs are a little scary the first time but you get used to it. Lots of room and 3 balconies. The kitchen has everything! Some of the rooms were a little warm but mine was great! We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Property at the Beach
The property was in the perfect location. As advertised our 22 person party really did have enough beds and space to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was set up to be able to feed our large party with no trouble (enough plates, silverware, glasses, and pans). Overall it was an excellent property!!!

We were absolutely impressed with this location and home for a family reunion. Great location right on the beach and plenty of space for 8 people to have a work retreat. The inside is definitely built/decorated to be a vacation rental but with 5 separate levels, plenty of bedrooms & bathroom and incredible views, it's overall a great rental.

Incredible Beachfront Property
This is an absolutley beautiful house right on the beach in Oceanside. All of the doors open to reveal unrestricted views of the ocean, and the two balconies are large and perfect for hanging out outside. The managing company is very responsive as well. The only problems we had with this house is it does need a little more attention to detail in the upkeep department. Both of the car elevators in the garage were broken, so we could only part 1 car in the garage instead of the advertised 4. That in addition to some of the fireplaces and remotes not working seemed odd in a place of this high caliber. Overall did not effect our stay, and we highly recommend it.

Amazing
This home is beautiful and perfect for a family gathering. The house has 5 separate floors so even though you have a large group, each has their privacy. Property was clean and management was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Plenty of kitchen supplies, toiletries and beach towels. Lots of stairs so be prepared for some climbing!

The property was spacious and clean. We were a large family so I really appreciated that there was always a bathroom handy if you needed one. There were many convenient ways to access the beach and I liked that the bedrooms were spread out on each floor; it felt private and simultaneously communal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Ideal location. Fantastic place to stay. Very responsive management. Great price.
On the beach. Literally. Easy walk to downtown Oceanside, but in a very quiet part of the beach. Incredible views. Nice rooms. Very good price. Very clean place. We had a friends reunion with 16 of us. Great kitchen made meals easy and fun. Walk right onto the sand from downstairs. Hot-tub! Awesome.

Absolutely wonderful!
This was a 50th Anniversary vacation for us, our kids and our grandkids totalling 25 people. There was plenty of room for this big group. Everything was immaculate when we arrived and the check in instructions were perfect. The one issue that could have been explained a bit more carefully was the parking restriction. It was clearly stated that there was no parking on the street except in front of the driveway. That is very clear. This street has houses on one side and there is no place to park on that side except by blocking a drive way, therefore, the parking restriction makes sense FOR THAT SIDE OF THE STREET. However, the other side of the street has parking spaces that do not block driveways (there are none on that side of the street). Also the signs on the street only prohibit parking for a few hours on street sweeping days. Thus, this conflicts with the info about the beach house. I think the explanation must be that while the public can park on the other side of the street, this particular residence has some type of specific limit. I'm just guessing, of course - it should have been more clear. The location was wonderful with stunning beach views and the weather was nice. All of the appliances, plumbing fixtures, linens, towels, kitchen equipment and everything else was perfect. We loved it. We had a few very minor problems. 1. One of the screen doors kept falling off the track. It just needs some adjustment and wasn't much of an issue. 2. One of the TV remote controls needed new batteries. 3. One of the drapes was loosely attached and fell loose but we put back. 4. Both car-lifts lifted the cars, but when we were ready to leave, one wouldn't lower the car. Maintenance came immediately and fixed it n about an hour. Don't let these very minor issues dissuade you. This place is absolutely wonderful!
