'It was a wonderful experience, the host and the hostess accommodated us with warm heart and beautiful smile, plus the building and the location is so convenient ( must go to the top floor, see the horizon of the sea on comfortable couch and a bar next to you ).

the hostess was so nice that she even helped two lost tourist finding cab back to pattaya, we both agreed that the hostel acted as the foreign embassy in...

'The villa sits on the hill side. The view of construction area from balcony is not nice. This resort is right on Sukhumvit rd. after the intersection lights so becareful if you drive. To check in, You have to contact the Rimpu Hill coffee shop that is also the resort office. There is a parking dirt lot near the villa area. The villa is not small for 3 people. plenty space cloth storage but only couple hangers. Dusty bed headboard only fridge and cabled tv, no microwave or kitchenary. shower...

"Comfortabel hotel op een goede locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamers die hier en daar een kleine makeover kunnen gebruiken. Goed, uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijne rooftopbar bij de zwembaden op de 24e en 27e verdieping met fantastisch uitzicht over beachroad en het strand om savonds van de zonsondergang en een drankje te genieten. Prijzen voor eten en drinken wat aan de hoge kant vergeleken met andere plekken, maar dat was t waard. "
"Eerste dagen vreselijke riool lucht in de kamer ik moest het raam maar open houden dit is later wel netjes opgelost door de schoonmaaksters. Er was renovatie van het zwembad en het zwembad was ook gesloten maar smorgens vroeg in de ochtend veel geluids overlast en stank in de kamer door deze werkzaamheden! Ben naar de receptie gegaan en mijn klacht voorgelegd en gezegd dat het niet zo netjes was om dit niet van te voren te melden dan had ik een ander hotel gezocht. Maar ik kreeg nu een kamer 3 verdiepingen lager zodat ik nog 3 dagen normaal kon slapen. Maar waarom mij niet ditect deze kamer geven. Vriendelijke personeel op één enkele dame achter de reseptie na."
"By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in during our 17-day trip in Thailand. It has it all: not clean, terrible and not fresh breakfast, unfriendly staff overall except for housekeeping, loud, worn out and much more.
The hotel is rated 5 stars but that is absolutely overrated. We came from a 3 star hotel on Koh Samet and this was MUCH cleaner and better overall. Even the central Pattaya hotels we’ve visited were much better.
The hotel is visited by mostly lower grade Russians and Chinese and they behave as expected. Will never visit again and suggest everybody to skip this hotel."
