'Room was well appointed and the staff was excellently professional as one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Location was next to and connected by a bridge with the landmark Sky Tower and a short 15 minute walk to the waterfront, ferries etc. Restaurant (the Grill) served excellent breakfast selection. We spent a wonderful week at the Horizon Hotel.'

The staff were helpful, the room was clean (and quiet) and our overall experience was great. Definitely recommended for a stay in Auckland. 'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working.
