'The hotel is great. The restaurant was fabulous but very expensive. We had 3 rooms for one night. Suddenly when we were long gone they charged mini bar charges on 2 rooms while we never used anything from the minibar. '

'So nice when staff is professional. I had a little issue w a toilet not draining. Made a report. They were on it w/i an hour. The breakfast was fresh for the toast/bagel/muffin eaters. Even a cream cheese w jam. Excellent property and SAFE.'

'The room was spotless. The staff was very very friendly. I really love the bathroom and the showers were so clean and spotless. Beautiful view from the 18th floor overlooking the city. Going to come back to say again connected to the mall was a plus. Don't really need to drive anywhere unless you want to. The food was great and the breakfast was excellent. And they have a little prize for you not sure if that's everyday but it was when we were there we loved it. Can't say enough about it but we...

'Host was exceptional wonderful in greeting us! Rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure was also amazing! Here’s the con and it’s not a big deal but cost world problem hah! Bathroom stink cold water water pressure was a little weak and so was the toilet flush. Other than those two it was a wonderful stay for 1 night! '
