'Took 40 mins to check in and there was garbage all over the lobby floors'

'The hotel was conveniently located right off the highway. There was an Aldis, Walmart,Culvers and more right across the street. Also a Starbucks right next door. I was impressed with the breakfast choices. There was sausage,bacon and a premade omelet or egg patty along with fresh fruit, waffles,cereal,yogurt and many others. More choices than I have seen in many hotels. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and room was quiet We took the train into Chicago so it was about a 10 minute drive...

'Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again.'

'Room had toothpaste splattered on the mirror, someone’s hair all over the floor in the bathroom, huge stains on the walls, used tissue in the toilet. I tried to flush it and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush I tried3 times and it finally went down and the phone in the room had some sort of grease all over it and was never cleaned. Very disgusting!! Also it was right by the expressway and traffic was down to one lane due to construction and there was a very loud constant banging noise every...

'Right off the highway, yet close enough to both the Indiana Dunes State and National Parks that we were able to make multiple trips to both during our short stay. Highly recommend Wagners, local restaurant, for the rib dinner.'

'Let me start by saying every staff member I met during my week stay were all wonderful. However, this hotel has a nerve charging a "$45.95 per day resort fee"! This is a glorified motel that smells like feet, dogs, a high-school loccer room and old cigarettes combined, no matter where you turn! The carpet in the room 212 was literally sticky! I stayed for a week, and the room wasn't cleaned once!!! Now let's turn our attention to the, "Green Bathtub", I mean the pool. Can we say fisheye lenses...

'I can’t wait to go back again'

'Nice, clean property with very helpful staff. Close to I-94 without much road noise. Culver’s across the street and a several gas stations around the corner. Breakfast was available with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt and fruit'

'Parking was right outside our room and we had a patio door which made getting items in and out very easy.'

'Het ontbijt was oke ,kamer was in orde alleen deur badkamer was vuil. Als ook de gang aan de lift zowel op gelijk vloer als ons verdiep 4. Als je uit de lift komt direct vuil al van eergisteren toe het regende van dag twee dagen later nog kan niet .'

'Pulling into the motel the roof looked a mess and when my husband went in to register the lobby smelled awful and the chairs were torn and dirty. We contacted Expedia and they called the manager who refused to let them can the reservation. The room was ok, nice bed and tv. Bathroom needed work/repairs.'

'This motel is very overpriced for the amenities and cleanliness. This is a motel and yet the front door do not automatically opened. With luggage this was very difficult to navigate. Looking at the ventilation unit filter, one can tell that this room has not been cleaned. The window was open. The shower head was Filthy! There was no plug in the drain to take a bath.
