  • Schilderachtige 1900 s koetshuis 2BR / 1BA appartement op historische Shore road in Ogunquit. Op steenworp afstand van de beroemde Perkins Cove met kunstzinnige boetiekjes, cafés, restaurants en kunstgalerijen.

    Elke kamer heeft een queensize bed, een dressoir en een kast. Het heeft een open concept woon / eetkamer / keuken, met uitzicht op het zwembad, gelegen op het terrein. Het is uitgerust met wasmachine en droger en vaatwasser.

    Parkeer uw auto voor de week en geniet te voet van ons charmante stadje. Als je moe wordt, spring dan gewoon op de trolley.

    Er is genoeg te doen in de buurt of u kunt ontspannen en een boek lezen bij het zwembad.

This property is adorable and the location can’t be beat! The owners were great and very communicative. Our only issue was with VRBO/Expedia not sending the email with check-in instructions. Thankfully, the owner was there to greet us when we arrived so she was able to help us access the property without any delays. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location a short walk to Perkins Cove. Ogunquit is busy in the summer and we loved that we could park the car and walk to town, Marginal Way, and Little Beach and not deal with parking and traffic. The host was there to greet us which was a nice touch. The unit is cozy and small but much more space than a hotel or condo. Just right for two adults and two teens. We selected the unit for the location and pool. The pool is shared with other units and got a bit crowded at times with kids and their pool toys.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cottage in Ogunquit! The location could not have been more perfect. Perkins Cove is right down the street, breakfast spot and bookstore across the street and “That Place” restaurant is conveniently located right on the property. It’s also only about 15 minutes from the center of town, with tons of shops, prepared food stores, homemade ice cream shops, and amazing restaurants. The footbridge to the beach was also such a wonderful convenience to the location, you can walk, bike, take the caddy or trolly & drive to the beach, plenty of parking and so close to the cottage!The property has a pool and absolutely everything we needed and more. It was beyond my expectations. One of my favorite surprises was being able to leave with clean laundry, which made coming home so much easier!I honestly wanted to stay another week. This was one of the best vacations I’ve taken with my kids in years, and I would absolutely stay here again. We made such wonderful memories and could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Excellent Property

Our stay at this property was perfect. Very convenient to all attractions available including fabulous restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and the beauty of the grounds around the building. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful- the carriage house was very clean and conveniently located. Our daughter loved the beautiful pool. The owners have a restaurant next door which was perfect for rainy days or long travel days when we wanted something close. Boriana was very responsive to our requests.

We had a wonderful time staying here in August - it's a great walkable location, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool! The owners were extremely quick to respond to questions and were very helpful. Highly recommended!

OGT gem

Our family had a wonderful stay for our annual week vacation in OGT. Having the pool as a post beach activity was so great for the kids. A short walk away from Perkins Cove, the location was great. My only tip would be to bring a baby gate for active little ones as there is a set of stairs to get up to the second floor unit.

Great getaway!

The property was extremely convenient to town and marginal way. That Place (the restaurant) was so convenient and had amazing food! The owners were very kind. Just a FYI: The cottage was quite a few stairs. We could have used a few extra towels. But it was extremely clean and the kitchen area was well stocked.

Perfect Location to Explore Ogunquit

We walked to Perkins Cove, we walked the Marginal Way, we walked all the way into town. Having a parking spot and a pool was great! My husband, our college-aged daughter, and I would definitely stay here again. The airy 2nd floor apartment was relaxing and met all our needs. Thank you!

Perfect perch for your week in Ogunquit

The carriage house was perfect for our family of three. Loved open concept living areas with so many windows overlooking the yard and pool. The pool was such a nice treat coming from the beach or on not-so-great beach days. The place was clean and host was super responsive the few times we needed something. Great location one mile from downtown, with plenty of restaurants in between, and just a few minutes from Perkins Cove / Marginal Way.

Excellent Spot in Perkins Cove!

This is our third time staying at Boriana’s property but first time staying in the carriage house. The carriage house was spacious for our family of four. The grounds are beautiful & the pool is a wonderful addition especially with little ones. You truly can't beat this location. Easy walk to Perkins Cove. Boriana and her husband are very accommodating & responsive. We can't wait for our stay again next June.

Carriage House

Nice little appartment adjacent to Perkin's Cove and Marginal way. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The bedrooms included beds with new mattresses and pillows (much appreciated!). The bathroom is tiny and would need a little bit of renovation, the door knob kept falling off. Comfortable chesterfields. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would come back. TY!
