'Space is beautiful and staff is helpful and friendly.'

'This was one of my favorite places that we stayed. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. I would definitely stay here again and again.'

'Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone.'

'Beautiful property and great location'

'Breakfast ladies were great. If your darker than beige, you may have a different experience than others. They charged me twice the lodging rate, made it difficult to call a taxi, were suspicious and unwelcoming. The room itself had everything you wouls need.

Prima service. Prachtige tuin. Restaurant in het hoofdgebouw. Bushalte en supermarkt op loopafstand. Met de bus 20 minuten naar Kyoto Station.'

'Great place. It was even better than we expected!'

'The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure'
