'I booked from July 1 to 5. I was able to get an extra day off so decided to go down a day early. No issues. When it came time to “check out” of my first room they told me numerous times that housekeeping would be doing our room as soon as it was available knowing we were there. They told me numerous times they would text me when my room was ready and we checked the phone number to be sure they had the right number. 'My family of 4 stayed here for July 4th weekend. I chose this property due to the closeness to the beach and pool. I liked how the beach was steps away, but it was the most terrible beach I’ve been to here in Florida. The water was brown and murky and the vibes were not it. Not to mention the terrible staff who were not help for anything and one elevator being down. It was fairly clean though and I give it that. I will not stay here again.'

'The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool. There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!'

'Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. 'Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying.'
