'No coffee pot in room. Ice bucket by the ice machine, but no sanitary liner.'

'The property was quite and convenient. Housekeeping was bad. Peanuts in floor and under couch. Wrong size sheets on bed (full on queen). Ended up going to Walmart and bought our own. 15 minutes into our stay Maintenence came and took the kitchen table previous guest broke. Never brought a replacement while we were there. Lamp at end of couch was broke as well. Never got a replacement on that either. The kitchen had plenty of silverware plates cups. Plenty of towels as well.'

'My family of 4 stayed here for July 4th weekend. I chose this property due to the closeness to the beach and pool. I liked how the beach was steps away, but it was the most terrible beach I’ve been to here in Florida. The water was brown and murky and the vibes were not it. Not to mention the terrible staff who were not help for anything and one elevator being down. It was fairly clean though and I give it that. I will not stay here again.'

'The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool. There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!'

When it came time to “check out” of my first room they told me numerous times that housekeeping would be doing our room as soon as it was available knowing we were there. They told me numerous times they would text me when my room was ready and we checked the phone number to be sure they had the right number. 'Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk.
