'The grounds were beautiful and the location was great. The property could use another restaurant option - it was either high-end dinner or a buffet. A convenience store would be nice, especially when it's so far to walk another facility. Also, the balconies could use lounge chairs instead of the cheesy table and chairs. 'It was a well needed get away!! The only bad thing was we had to leave!!! The El Matador was clean! The people who worked there were more than friendly and helpful!!! The beach and pools were wonderful !!! Can’t wait to go again next year!'

'For the most part we enjoyed our stay here. However, there are things we wish were better. It was cold during the majority of our stay, so the hot tub was used a lot. They need more hot tubs or bigger hot tubs. The bigger one was not warm and was down for all of our stay. The other hot tub is super small and was always packed! The gym was so small and in the photos it looks a lot bigger. If there was more than 3 people it was hard to workout. Parking was awesome. Being on the 1st floor the trash...
