'Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill.'

'Ligging is enig. Restaurant heeft ook een zeer goede kaart en eten is van goede kwaliteit'

'Convenient place to stay, not too close to the touristy part of st ives but convenient for the beach and coastal paths.'

'Nice place to stay. Warm welcome on arrival. Quiet & easy parking. Used for business trip & felt very relaxed'

'The property doesn't have its own parking. There is free parking available on the street parallel to the entrance but this wasn't clear from the description. I appreciated the keyless nature of the accommodation. The gate lock can be a bit tricky to open. The room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic. They provide some food in the small lounge but I couldn't see anything gluten free.'

'Enjoyable stay at what is perhaps best described as a fantastic restaurant with rooms. The restaurant overlooks the water and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However our room was landside, with only a view of Irsha Street. Although small, the room and facilities were excellent. Fresh milk in the fridge is always much appreciated by us tea drinkers.'

'Heel gezellige familie b&b. Verzorgde kamers. Engels ontbijt op maar'

'The room was utilitarian, at best, and cold. Staff were unable to get the heat turned on. After 2 days of requests a space heater was finally provided.'

'Will be interested to go back in a few years when they have made progress with the garden'
