'We needed a place for the weekend for our daughters wedding. Since we were traveling with the cake, we needed a place with a refrigerator. The owner was very kind with his message, the front desk staffers were so polite, and the breakfast was a bonus, so we didn’t have to rush around to find something to eat before the wedding festivities started. Perfect stay!'

'We were in town for my son’s college graduation and wanted a VRBO to base our stay out of. This house has a cool vibe, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We didn’t need to cook, but easily could have. The beds were all some of the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a VRBO. It was easy to get anywhere in town from this location. The hosts were highly communicative and very helpful. I highly recommend!'

'The home was very clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend away. The owner answered us quickly when we had a question about the door lock. The stairs are quite steep but there is a handrail on both sides which is helpful for older people. There is a tv in the upstairs bedroom which wasn’t mentioned and a cozy chair. We arrived very late and there was no lights on the outside which made it hard to find our way in. There was a Keurig in the kitchen with creamer. A welcomed morning...

'This VRBO was very clean and inside a lovely, self-built home. We had no complaints, however, the listing could have been clearer that the owner and family live in the other half of the house and have access to walk into the renter's half of the house at any point. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to a large group. The house has lots of wildlife, which offers a relaxing stay in the woods. '

'Well appointed getaway in the heart of mid-Michigan farm country. This was our second visit, and we loved it just as much (if not more, if that's possible) this time! My best friend was married in the owners' barn two years ago, when we stayed, so this trip was a lot more relaxed and we got to appreciate the beautiful rural surroundings more. Sat on the porch, used the fire pit,. The cottage has a loft and a bedroom you enter through the loft, so if sharing between two couples, be good...

'Owners gave precise instructions on unlocking/locking home. Very clean inside, bedrooms were very comfortable. Fire pit was fabulous to have as the evenings were cool. The local town, Laingsburgh, was VERY friendly with wonderful places to eat. We highly recommend Tammy’s Bakery and cafe for breakfast, Two Dog Saloon and the Graham Vineyard & Winery. '

While we didn't realize the two upstairs rooms would have little privacy from each other, the situation worked for our group. We will use this home again in future for family get-togethers.'
