This studio apartment is within walking distance of Downtown, and 1 zillion attractions, coffee shops, restaurants. Great for a fun weekend or a fun place to stay during a business trip. We are in a restored 1917 historic Apartment Building located on a quiet tree-lined street with secured access. Modern amenities in a Cozy historical building.  
Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.  
I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable.   You can count on me to be there for you.
 
Oklahoma City’s cozy Midtown community is located just north of the central business district in downtown OKC. It features shopping, restaurants, bars, and many professional services. Midtown is known for its historic preservation, local and independent merchants, as well as diverse, welcoming neighbors.  Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch.  Ample parking is available.  Coin-op laundry in the basement.  Free use of one bike.  Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. 


  Please check out the wall art in the back of the building.  Share your selfies for our collection with the mural.  

 
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation. 
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior request before the check-in date.

-There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.

-Our property should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.

Excellent Weekend Stay
We loved the VRBO in Midtown OKC. It was perfect for my husband and me. The neighborhood was full of great places to eat and yet very quiet. We'll definitely stay there again if we're able.

We enjoyed the quality of our stay and how quiet it was! Management was super responsive and helpful. The only thing that was a surprise was a window above the bed. The hall light was on during the night and some blinds would have been helpful since we prefer dark conditions for sleeping.

We had an awesome time here! It was in a great spot, close enough to a lot of things in Midtown that we could easily walk or use a Lime scooter. The place was clean and a great price! We would recommend it to our friends and would stay again if we have a reason to be in the area!
