'It smelled a little odd when I first got there but that went away after I turned on the A/C. The apartment appeared very clean, however. As of 4/8, the mattress has two massive, body-shaped divots that you migrate into no matter what; the couch is hard, lumpy, ripped and stained. TV works well, A/C works well and there is a nice stock of soaps, towels and linens. I didn’t use the fridge or freezer but they appeared functional. The bikes each had a low tire and no pump is available in-unit. '

'Unfortunately, this place was not a comfortable stay. We rented both unit A and B from Sun to Fri (for 6 people and a dog), and communicated w the agent throughout. These units are managed by a rental company, they are not someone home - maybe that is the reason for lack of care. Unit A: Unit is not ventilated well, we began to have allergic reaction immediately. We had to purchase humidifiers. Things settled some. Stray pets round the house, making it difficult to access especially w a pet....

Check-in process and communication with host were excellent!Please note there is no microwave or dishwasher machine in the apartment. Otherwise, very nicely appointed! I can see the good eye for putting home decor together & making the most of their resources and talent. The bathrooms were mostly clean and electrical items worked.
