'10/10 experience at Citizen House! My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. 'Our trip to Oklahoma started out w/canceled flight due to bad weather so our plans changed. We needed to add another day to our stay in Tru by Hilton. Spoke w/Lamond. He was great. He helped us w/our bookings and changes in rooms. We didn’t get any hesitations or excuses on his part. He got it done. If we were going back we would stay here again. 'We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling.
