'The room I booked wasn’t available so instead of telling me, they sent me to a different room. I went back to the front desk, exhausted from traveling, to be told they didn’t have the room they sold me. I was attempting to call Expedia to which they found a room. '

'This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Several places to eat in walking distance. We were there for an event at the river, and the walk was easy and nice! BUT! I cannot emphasize how loud the clubs and street noise are if you’re on the street side. We were on the 11th floor and it felt like we were in the clurb. Bring white noise and ear plugs!'

'I wish they had the actual pancake or waffle machine. I didn’t like their little pancake fryer that they had there other than that. Their breakfast was excellent. They had the half-and-half that I prefer over the other sweeteners for coffee and they have coffee nightly. I like their breakfast.'

'Amazing hotel and room. Great location, clean rooms. The hotel hallways smelled amazing, I know that’s a weird thing to say. Fresh and clean scent. Top floor bar was great with fantastic service. Highly recommend this hotel. We’ll be back!'

'We were TURNED AWAY at check in! They said Expedia cancelled our room months ago. After calling Expedia, they said they never cancelled the room. Expedia called the hotel and was told they never got a reservation. Too many different stories.'
