'10/10 experience at Citizen House! My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. 'A hidden gem! This place was perfect for my last minute solo trip. My room was very quiet, the bed was cozy, hot water was immediate - I had everything I needed! The breakfast wasn’t for me, having celiac, but it was nice that they had hot coffee ready to go. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I will use this hotel again in the future, as the location is very close to my friends’ house and to downtown Edmond - a SUPER cute town.'

'The staff was amazing, Especially Heather at the breakfast bar, we came down a little late one morning and the coffee was almost gone and what was left was cold so she made my wife and I a fresh pot and served it to us! Bravo! The food at the breakfast bar is MEH…should get better quality food! The only other negative I could really say is the Hotel rooms need to be freshened up and updated, they feel tired and old!'

'We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling.
