I was not able to access my accommodations. The note that the “main entrance closes after 6” implied that there were other entrances after six. However, that was not the case for my visit. I called the host and it said the phone was disconnected. I messaged the host, and the response I received later that morning was that she was in Europe. My sister and I were stranded outside at 2 in the morning after my flight was delayed, with no access to the building. I had to get a hotel for the night. When I came back the next morning to figure it out, the host was unavailable due to being in Europe, and the two contacts that she connected me with had either never been to visit the area, so they couldn’t help and the other person was busy with a baby shower. The host didn’t even bother getting my name right in the initial message. Just disappointed, as I’ve never had a bad Vrbo experience before this.
