De 1000 sq ft 2B 2BA appartement is gelegen in een prachtig 1929 Landmark hotel, dit ruime en zonnige 2BD appartement ligt pal in het midden van de meest levendige wijk OKC's, Midtown, op een steenworp afstand van de trendy bars, restaurants en coffeeshops.

Op loopafstand van vele musea, trendy restaurants, pubs, sport en entertainment.

Er is niet een vergelijkbaar centrum woongebouw met dergelijke elegantie en kwaliteit.

Building voorzieningen zijn onder andere een beveiligde toegang, lift, omheind en overdekte parkeerplaats. Er is een parkeerplaats aanwezig. Extra parkeergelegenheid op straat.

Ons appartement heeft grote ramen en veel van hen, prachtige hardhouten vloeren, granieten aanrecht, bijgewerkte programma's, apparaten en een klassieke downtown luxe gevoel! Ruim met een curator moderne mix van meubels in een vintage achtergrond.

Comfortabel is geschikt voor vier personen met 2 slaapkamers (een koning en 1 queen), twee vintage geïnspireerde badkamers met veel bergruimte.

Appartement voorzieningen zijn onder andere een eigen wasmachine / droger, extra kast en bergruimte, alle rekeningen betaald, incl. Kabel en WiFi

Gasten hebben toegang tot gehele appartement en voorzieningen hebben. Ook de kleine fitnessruimte naast de lobby. Er is een binnenplaats tussen de gebouwen die een gas grill heeft en is beschikbaar voor uw gebruik ook.

We zijn op het terrein tijdens uw verblijf. Gewoon bellen of sms'en met eventuele behoeften die zich voordoen! We zullen een hard copy gids verlaten met een gedetailleerde lijst van alle geweldige restaurants en entertainment in de omgeving, de meeste op loopafstand of een korte Uber rijden van het pand!

Uber tarieven zijn over het algemeen zeer snel te reageren en in het algemeen de gemiddelde $ 6 per rit. Spokies fietsen zijn te huur, en het OKC busstation ligt op ongeveer zes blokken verderop. Gemakkelijke luchtige krijgen van rond de stad.

Perfect voor de FAA, woon-werkverkeer executives of op het werk transfers, contractuele experts. Families hoeven 2 badkamers.

Fun time with family in OKC. Wonderful weather and everything we did was within walking distance. From wonderful dining to Farmers Market, OKCMOA and fireworks! Will definitely use this property again. Convenient, safe, clean, beautiful, comfortable and quiet.

The accommodations were perfect for our two-night stay in Oklahoma City. The apartment was conveniently located in midtown and was well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Parking is available in a gated lot and access in and out of the building was easy to navigate. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

I picked this place because my mom likes old buildings. This is a nice, quiet location (except the wind was strong when we were there and you can definitely hear it through the windows but not the fault of anyone!). Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication regarding our check in but thankfully it was a nice day and the issue was resolved before dark. We went on an adventure to give time for the apartment to be cleaned. The instructions for getting the keys is interesting but I promise once you are there, it makes sense and it is easy to get in and out of the building after you see everything. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. It's also easy to walk to a lot of different things from here. I would recommend verifying your check in date with the host. Other than that, I would stay here again as it was a great value for our needs and the best part was having 2 full bathrooms.

Found this apartment while searching for a place to stay that was close to an event we were going to attend in the area. This apartment was great for what we needed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. Quiet building inside. The only slight draw back we experienced would be sirens multiple times each of the two nights of our stay. I don’t know if there might be a fire station nearby? First night sirens went off at least three times and twice the second night. This would not be a deal breaker for me staying here again because everything else was great. Just know if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. However, that also seems to be fairly normal when staying in a downtown area.

This property is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is great, several eateries within a few steps. We had a great stay, really enjoyed the condo. The bed was very comfortable, bedding and bath linens were very nice. We would recommend this property highly!

Property is centrally located to downtown, & has immediate access to interstate highways. Comfort for guests is evident in the choice of furniture & beds. Most comfortable VRBO we've stayed in! Host also supplied snacks & water which was a very welcoming touch. A 5 star property for anyone traveling to the OKC area!!

We visited OKC for two nights and enjoyed the walkability of a few restaurants and a coffee shop (Not Your Average Joe) and Halls Pizza. It felt safe and quiet at the location, and we loved the coziness is the property. We were on the go for most of the day, but were able to relax and unwind in the evenings. Loved the history of the property as well.

We came with friends to see the Flaming Lips 40th Anniversary show in OKC. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We could not have been happier. The parking and access is somewhat complicated but it all worked. We will definitely stay again!

When i first got there, the gate to enter was broken but they had it fixed by the next morning, so that was greatly appreciated. It is a very nice area, the street is a little narrow but luckily people are very aware and cautious.

We wanted a quick getaway for the wekeend and this apartment was absolutely amazing. The lobby was so cute and the parking and location felt so safe with all the keys and codes. The communication with the owner was very clear and effective. Definitely would stay here again

The Sieber is a really cool building, clean, updated, and beautifully appointed, but with retaining much of its 1920s charm. The location felt safe, with lots of convenient, walkable attractions, and many more a short driving distance. Michale is awesome to work with! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was not only beautiful but very functional. A warm modern in a beautiful historic building. The host was very clear about check-in and check-out procedures. We did have a few questions and she replied very quickly! Modern heating system, appliances, fantastic bathrooms. Great beds. Plenty if towels! Well appointed kitchen. Great neighborhood. We are saving this info. We were here to attend a convention and will stay here again if we meet in OKC! Our only regret is that we had to leave!!!

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay! We were able to walk to lots of wonderful restaurants, which was a nice bonus! The home was spacious and well stocked. One of the best places we have ever stayed.
