'We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was quiet, spacious, and well taken care of. Maricarmen and Carlos provided great communications. The location was perfect for us as it was quick to jump on the freeway and get anywhere we wanted in no time. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip.'

'Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.'

'This townhouse was in a great location - walking distance to the Space Needle, a grocery store and a variety of restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As others mentioned, there are A LOT of stairs so be prepared. Also, the loft is a great space, but the front windows are not covered and there is a street light right outside which made it a little difficult to sleep (not to mention the homeless man screaming for 2 hours outside the front windows in the middle...

'The house was clean and had been updated. Good space for parking and an excellent quiet neighborhood. The space was not pre-heated for us when we arrived, and it took the first night to get things warmed up. A little hard to manage the temperature with the in wall heaters, space heaters, and no central thermostat. Great water pressure and hot water temperature. '

'We had a great stay. The space is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you might need. Described online as a kitchenette, but it has all the appliances, including a small range for baking or cooking. They even had breakfast goods in the refrigerator, including yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, coffee and English muffins so there is something for breakfast the first morning. Also, the neighborhood is very quaint. Will definitely be back!'

Off street parking for our rental vehicle was safe and had plenty of availability. We really enjoyed our stay here and will look to do so again should we return to Seattle.'
