"I liked the playful build of the hotel, with an oyster shaped atrium and a look down into the restaurant from all levels. Staff was very kind and helpful, from cleaning staff to reception and poolside staff. It was a shame the pool closed at 18:30, because many would love a swim after that to cool down after a hot day. Had a great time in Olbia and would absolutely stay at Mercure again!"

"Staff was very helpful in advising us what our options were for a boat trip away from Obia. We did enjoy the complementary jazz music player during one of the nights. Hotel is about a 5min walk to the beach which was perfect, just be extra careful when walking to the beach since you have to walk on the same road as the cars heading towards the beach, no separate lanes. We were however surprised you had to pay to use the sunbeds and umbrellas per day (25EUR) at their side of the beach since we assumed it was part of the booking considering the hotel is making advertisement for the availability of beach and sunbeds. Also it would be recommended to get a car during the stay to be able to explore the Olbia and its neighboring cities. Other than that we did enjoy our stay at the hotel."
