'Could not imagine a more wonderful stay. Hiking Hadrian’s wall and the Sally was a most wonderful stay. The food was incredible with great vegetarian and gluten free options. The rooms were large and comfortable with very comfortable beds, great water pressure, and all spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, all in a lovely little parish. I highly recommend staying at the Sally. '

'Very welcoming reception from the host. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic cooked breakfast each morning. My wife is coeliac and was well catered for. This B&B is ideally suited for the city centre, has close transport links and also provides on-street parking.

Free WiFi, iron and board, huge bathroom, dressing table with cotton wool balls etc Breakfast was lovely, full English, cereal, fruit and yoghurt nothing was too much trouble. "Niet te doen. Wat een oude zooi. Wel een ruime kamer en goed bed maar eigenlijk alles verder is slecht. Heel warm, bedompt en niet fris. En vooral heel heel heel veel lawaai vanaf de straat.
