It is ready to be your home away from home as it is newly renovated & fully furnished with all new appliances & furniture, including a comfortable, queen size sofa bed, as well as a bar table/workstation. Fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop/oven, microwave, electric fireplace, & Bluetooth speaker. Daily necessities also included. Very clean, non-smoking unit. On-site shared laundry. One tandem parking spot for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to The Pier, Palace Playland rides, arcades, dining, nightlife, weekly fireworks & all that Downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer. This condo exceeded expectations. It was definitely a "home away from home" experience. The hosts provided everything and anything to help make our stay easy and comfortable. The place was tastefully decorated, amenities for daily living needs at our fingertips, very clean and very comfortable accommodations.... keyless access so one does not need to fumble with keys at the beach!

The condo was wonderful! Clean, cozy, and adorable. We never moved our car because you could walk everywhere, and it was stocked with anything you could need. Communication was excellent when I had a question. It was perfect for three people. I'd highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for our 3 day stop in Old Orchard Beach. Checked out Lone Pine Brewing for some pizza and beer and lots of cute shops. This is literally just steps from the beach we had beautiful weather the entire stay. Fireworks could be seen for close to 45 minutes from all directions while sitting in the beach for the 4th of July. It was spectacular. On our way to the airport to head we stopped at Stacks Pancake Co in Scarborough.

Old Orchard Beach is amazing. Love the old school feel it has.

Love this place and will be returning next summer. Great place to stay and easy access to all things to do there.

The room was cozy and the kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of pillows for comfort. The condo was steps from the beach and the parking was very convenient.

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Host was excellent. Good communication. Literally steps to the beach. Loved the reserved parking spot. Bathroom is very tiny, but it’s exactly as shown in photos. Perfect for a couple. The only criticism I would give is the bed is very firm. If you are used to a cushy topper or memory foam you may find it a bit difficult to adjust to. We were worn out from the day so it wasn’t an issue with us.

Very clean and well kept everything we needed short walk to the beach our only issue my husband is a little too tall for the shower all in all great place to stay would definitely book again

We had an absolutely perfect weekend here at Emily and Chad's. The space is exactly like the photos, and the location is perfect. Whether you're going for the beach, the pier, or the good food - everything is a close walk. We will 100% be returning.

Small yet cozy! This unit was perfect for our couples getaway. We were impressed with the cleanliness and location. Just steps to enjoy a morning stroll on the beach. We look forward to returning in peak season to experience more of the local businesses. The bottle waters in the refrigerator and coffee accommodations were a nice touch!

Clean, cozy little condo so close to the beach! It is in walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and even a cool beer garden! We had a great vacation in OOB here. Emily and Chad were great hosts, super responsive, super accommodating, and had good recommendations. Thank you!
