Located in an artsy neighborhood with really nice parks in walking distance. I recommend the restaurant across the street for breakast or lunch. If you want a walk or run, the Santa Rosa river trail is 2 blocks away. Only drawback is you need to use overflow parking when they are busy, but it is free.'

'My ground floor room had one privacy glass window that I could not see out of making it feel a little cave-like. I was only staying for one night, otherwise I would have asked to be moved.
