Our room had plumping problems but the staff did their best to fix it and Extended Stay made it right by refunding our pet fee.Our one complaint thet only tool they could offer us was a plunger so flaccid that is only good for splashing water on the floor and oursleves. 'We have stayed a few larger brand hotels in the area, and this one surpassed them. We got the 1 bedroom suite for a great price. Make sure to call ahead to reserve parking if you need it, as the lot does fill up. I'm glad Expedia sent me a message about it as soon as I booked.
