'We had a great 1 night stay at this unique property! It had everything we needed and was quite cozy, yet very spacious for our little family of 4. It was a perfect stopping point for our road trip as it’s right off the highway and very close to many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed all the little extra touches such as multiple types of phone chargers on the bedroom nightstand, a stocked coffee station, and a fun little video game console. 'The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten '
