'Really nice clean well stocked place with a great yard if you want to feel like you are not in the middle of the city but close enough to everything. Host was super responsive to questions too. Comfortable beds too'

'We stayed at this property when we went to visit our son. The property was perfect for three adults. Access to I40 was a block away. Kim, our host, was quick to respond to my questions quickly. Our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. I would stay at this property again if available for future visits to Tennessee.'

'Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. 'This was a wonderful home to stay in with our five kids and our pup. It had absolutely everything we needed and everything was very well organized. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out together and the boat was wonderful as well. The hosts were amazing and very responsive and helpful during the entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again.'

'Very cute property. Well stocked with dishes, pans etc.'

'This is such a cute place! It’s close to everything, but you feel like you’ve escaped to the country because it’s so quiet and the property is so beautiful. AND-the host was amazing! I will definitely book this location again.'

'This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again if necessary.'

'Nice tiny house!'
