'Kudos to the staff who made us feel warm and welcomed!!! Our train was late arriving and they stayed late to welcome us and take our luggage to our room; all with enthusiasm and warmth!! The room was updated big spacious with a view to die for. A big draw for me was the king size bed. In other countries it is so hard to find accommodations that offer a king size bed; it was so comfy!!! We sprung for a balcony overlooking the mountains/running river and we are soooooo glad we did!!! To wake up...

'The floor is extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. He helped us to print some tickets. Although he speaks Spanish, and we speak in English, it is not a problem as long as we can google translate, and he is really willing to help us. I felt being well taken care of. 'This was a very nice affordable place to stay in Cusco. One thing that I wasn’t expecting was there was no front desk or lobby. I arrived late at night and it’s not very well marked. I had to ring a doorbell and was quickly greeted very nice employee who gave me my room code. (It’s a historic building so they can’t make changes to the exterior.)
