'The house was spacious, easy access to many locations. The owner was easy to communicate. Kitchen was adequately stocked. One TV not connected to cable, apps or subscriptions needed. The pool never reached a temperature acceptable to swim in. Same issue with spa, temperature never reached a acceptable "hot tub" temperature. The ironing board is a table top ironing board.'

'Due to a death in the family the need to find a home to accommodate was last minute. We were blessed to have the availability. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Having a tragedy in the family it was so nice to have a place to relax and regroup.'

'The house was spotless. The house rules were very reasonable. In fact, this is the first house I’ve encountered that doesn't have a binder full of rules and chores. Just a single page here. Backyard and pool were very well kept. My wife and I used the space to work during the day and explore or relax in the pool at night. Nothing better!'

'The backyard and the pool sold us on the listing and proved to be the star of the stay. We were glad we heated the pool for our April stay. We also enjoyed birdwatching from the backyard as it overlooks a little water. The house is very clean. The beds and all other furnishings are adequate, but nothing more. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and supplies seemed “rationed” to the day. None of this would prevent us from recommending the property or staying there again.'

'This property was in a great location with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. It was very quick to get to South Padre Island but also allowed us to experience Port Isabel and surrounding areas. The only main negatives were the pool wasn't heated and the hot tub didn't work so it was basically without those amenities. We also got a lot of bug bites around the property. We did have one issue with the internet and the property management company was quick to...
