'We had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel World and overall enjoyed our time there. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, especially for visiting the surrounding attractions. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt somewhat distant and less welcoming than expected. This was partly due to the style and design of the lobby, which did not provide the warm and luxurious arrival experience one would normally expect from a five-star hotel. 'Daily cleaning was slow and late in the day. The pool area was only available to use if you paid $130 canadian for 2 hours The location was good and only 5-7 minutes walk to the metro'

There are lots of amenities close by: CU convenience store, coffee shops (Starbucks, Coffee bean, etc), restaurants of all types on Bangi-dong food alley, and walking distance to the Lotte Mall/World/Tower. 'The location of the hotel was very good. Really liked the locality and very close to the lotte world and metro station. The CU opposite to the hotel it was very accessible.'

'Excellent property! Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean. Location is amazing.'

'Good access to public transport and great amenities around including Emart and hyundai department store. Also the staff was efficient'
