'The villa was perfect for us. 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite and balconies with amazing views over the sea. Lovely pool which was cleaned during our stay. 15 min walk to the gorgeous beach with the choice of 2 tavernas..with delicious homemade Greek dishes. Maria was very welcoming , meeting us at the airport and leaving a delicious pie for us as well as basic groceries. There was everything we needed in the villa..we would definitely return..'

'We were a family of 4 staying June/July 2025. Both the villa and its location were perfect for us and the welcome pack was gratefully received. All we could need was provided, and the pool in particular was fantastic. This is our 2nd stay on Kefalonia I would highly recommend both this villa and the island in general.'

'We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. 'We had the most incredible week at this beautiful home. It is in the most perfect location, with access to a private pebbly beach, ideal for snorkelling and picnicking. And just around the corner from another gorgeous bay, with a few buzzing beach bars, and great food. Not to mention Sami, a very pretty seaside resort, which we all enjoyed for its simplicity and atmosphere. 'This villa was incredible for my family and I to stay in. It had everything we needed, was private, safe and quiet. It was built incredibly well with modern fixtures and finishes. There was heaps of space for the kids to run around - and the pool area was a wonderful place to sit and relax with a view of the water and local Sami village. The agent for the property was lovely as well. The only thing I’d suggest is requesting instructions on how to best access the property - as Google Maps takes...

'Op de plaatjes lijkt t een alleenstaand huis, maar dat is niet zo, er is een buurthuis (met ook gasten), pal achter de afscheidingsmuur. En er is veel omgevingsgeluid, bv veel blaffende honden. Mooi uitzicht vanaf 1e verdieping, aan t zwembad zit je ingesloten tussen de muren, wat wel weer goed is tegen de wind. Verder fijn huis, en geluiddichte ramen. Grote bbq buiten.
