'Akiko was incredibly helpful from the booking process I needed to modify as well as answering any questions I had. The Machiya was absolutely beautiful and is so authentic. There was plenty of room to accommodate our 6 adults which is rare to find. We were also amazed at how many bathrooms there were which made mornings easy for everyone to get ready for a day of exploring.
