'Nice location, nearby metro, bus station, lot of shop and restaurant. Lobby is on the 7 floor. And my room was on the 20e don't hear much form the traffic. Helpfull staff by the door. Even my family in hk say That. this hotel is a Good location. Room and Bathroom they clean it everday. And good space to walk and for the suitcase. Overall I recommend if you staying in this hotel is a Good choose. P.s Sorry my for bad english'

'The room is in overall good condition. It is clean, the hotel staff did a good job cleaning the room, including the washroom. Deco is slightly outdated. The area is convenient with access to many bus routes and subway station, but it is not in a tourist area.'

'I stayed six days in this very pleasant hotel, very good for business travellers, in a very practical location close to all public transportation but also easy to reach by car or taxi. In a nice neighborhood, quiet by Hong Kong standards, close to Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei, but with a friendly atmosphere. My room was on the 16th floor, very airy, light and well insulated. 'Nice view. Not a 5 star hotel service. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping or fresh towels. Apparantly there is also a busseevice but no one informed us. Rooftoppool is nice. We couldn't use it the 1st day because of a typhoon warning. Communiation about this was very poorly also. '

'Loved the pool. But the downside is that if u order drinks etc, u can't charge it on ur bill. U have to pay it right away. But thats ok too but too my opinion they can announce it better !'

'small room,but that is what you can expect in Hongkong. Still the price is to high. The building and the passages need a renovation. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels during our stay and no water provided. Staff invisible,apart from the incheck-moment. The location is fine, centre of Kowloon and near the metro station Mong Kok .'
