Cabin by the Lake - Serene & Quiet

Escape to the tranquility of Lake Livingston at The Cabin by the Lake, a quaint 2-bedroom retreat nestled across the street from the north side of the lake- the perfect setting for unforgettable family gatherings or peaceful getaways.

Location: Lake Livingston, Texas (North side of the lake)

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

Parking: There is room for two cars on the left side of the driveway. Right side of the driveway is parking for the home across the street. Street parking is not allowed.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

This charming house, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life, provides an oasis of privacy. Two bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen and a full-over-full bunk bed, comfortably accommodate additional guests. Its open-concept living area invites relaxation and quiet moments

The Cabin on the Lake isn't just a vacation rental – it's where cherished memories are crafted, where laughter mingles with the gentle symphony of the lake, and where the beauty of Lake Livingston creates a backdrop for unforgettable moments.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No pets allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
