'Host was a great communicator. Had a great time with my family. The porch facing the water was the best place to sit, drink coffee and watch the waves. Kitchen was stocked with a great set of pots and pans, dishes, etc. Great rooms and beds. The bunk bed room (man cave) area does not have a direct connection to the main house so you would have to go outside to get into the house to use the bathroom. But my nephew did not mind that. 'Outer bunk house needs better cleaning. Bugs and hair in the bedding. The split AC needs replacing. Drips on the beds. Large main house was great and fit our needs. Beautiful place on the water. '
