'We had a wonderful three-night stay at this cozy cabin in Hillman. It was the perfect distance from the Cities—close enough for an easy drive, but far enough to feel like a true getaway. 'Had a wonderful cozy and relaxing time at The Red Barn. The upstairs was perfect for our two daughters to have to themselves. We enjoyed renting a pontoon while we were there and I highly recommend that from the owner as well!! It’s exactly as described and they were super easy to work with. It was a unique place and that added a lot of charm to the stay overall. I’d stay in a fun and different place like this a thousand times before a hotel or condo that’s always the same cookie cutter...

We took advantage of the hot tub as the temperatures have started to drop, and I think we played cards and Battleship (available at the cabin for use) at least 20 times each :)This is our second stay at this cabin and it was just as clean, tidy, and welcoming as our first visit. 'We had the best time and loved the cabin! We had everything we needed and more inside & out. The cabin was stocked with things we didn’t even think to bring but they had available for our use. The dock and beautiful sandy bottom of the lake was AMAZING!!!! Great views and awesome yard to hangout in. We would love to comeback in the summer when we are able to enjoy the outdoors a bit more.
