'Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.'

'Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. It's pet friendly. Everything was great! What I liked most was the communication was great! Any questions I had she answered immediately, and was very kind. The house was absolutely beautiful and the property was amazing!! We had my son's 16th birthday party here and had kids from 9 to 18 and everyone had something to do from fishing, playing volleyball, walking around, roasting marshmallows, ECT. No one ever said "I'm bored" lol....

'We did not have a good experience here. To start we were double charged for our room (unfortunately almost everyone in our group was). Our room was not very clean, we noticed the floor was wet when we first came up and we chalked it up to the room just being cleaned but the next morning the floor was still wet and then we were done the entire day and came back and the floor was still wet. It was like humidity or something in the room and honestly you could smell it. I went down to get a new room...

'Staff was friendly and helpful. My room had trouble cooling but it was very hot out and understandable. My door wouldn’t shut tight unless pulled very hard and body wash was empty upon arrival. Otherwise the breakfast and 24/7 coffee was wonderful and I loved the seating area in the lobby to meet one on one for my work travels.'
