"Team Baseman" is a single rental of all the 1st Baseman, 2nd Baseman and 3rd Baseman Apartments. They are all located in a spacious home that offers three private apartments from 1-2 bedrooms each, so the team can be together, but families can have their own private spaces. "Team Baseman" when combined, can accommodate 10 guests.



1st Baseman is ground level walkout - 1 bedroom, 1bath

2nd Baseman is street level - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath

3rd Baseman is upper level - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath

This home features 3 separate apartments, all with their own kitchen, living space, bathroom and bedroom(s). The laundry room, backyard and patio areas are the only shared spaces. There is a separate BBQ grill and patio set for each unit. All linens and towels, high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), ample off-street parking, a shared on-site laundry facility and a large outdoor area for picnics and barbeques (complete with your own gas grill!) are provided for your vacationing pleasure. * The 1st Baseman is the ground level apartment and is perfect for a single or a couple! This one bedroom apartment offers a queen size bed, a spacious living room complete with a 55" (or larger) smart flat screen Roku TV, a modern eat-in kitchen adorned with gorgeous granite tiled flooring, and an exclusive to this unit, a private outdoor space complete with a gas grill for picnics and barbeques.

* The 2nd Baseman is the street level apartment. It features two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and one with a full bed), one full bath, and an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, automatic ice maker and gorgeous granite tile flooring. The comfortable living room is complete with a 55" flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as flat screen TV's in both bedrooms.

* The 3rd Baseman is the upper level apartment is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples traveling together! It features two bedrooms: One with a queen size bed, the other with a full size bed, a modern eat-in kitchen well-appointed with gorgeous granite tiled flooring, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and a comfortable living room complete with a 55" (or larger) flat screen smart TV with Roku and DVD player. There are 43" or larger flat screen smart TV's with Roku in each bedroom.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.



Close to All-Star Village, just a little over a mile to the community pool, and just 1/2 mile from the downtown shopping and dining area, this is the perfect location for baseball families to call their home during the tournament week.



There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus system, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
