Vernieuwde woning met klassieke en moderne elementen en volledig ingericht. 200 meter lopen naar Walmart en op loopafstand van Southside Mall. Op 10 minuten rijden van restaurants om in of uit te eten. 15 minuten rijden van Cooperstown All Star Village en 25 minuten rijden van Cooperstown Dreams Park. Achtertuin heeft uitzicht op de bergen en gemakkelijke toegang tot paden om te wandelen en wandelen. Perfect huis voor honkbalfamilies, ouders die hun kinderen naar de universiteit verhuizen, gezinnen met kinderen en grote groepen.

Dit huis is onlangs gerenoveerd en beschikt over alle nieuwe apparaten en meubels als het volledig is ingericht. Alle kookgerei dat nodig is om een grote familiemaaltijd te creëren, wordt verstrekt. Linnengoed, shampoo en toiletartikelen worden ook verstrekt.

De eerste verdieping beschikt over een moderne keuken en eetkamer, een complete badkamer, 1 slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer en 1 ruime woonkamer naast de eetzaal.

De tweede verdieping beschikt over 4 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een wasruimte met een nieuwe wasmachine en droger.

Alles is toegankelijk in de huis- en achtertuin. Ook een vuurplaats in achtertuin. Toegang tot bergpaden om te wandelen en wandelen zijn gelegen in de achtertuin.

Prive-kok beschikbaar op aanvraag voor extra kosten.

Gratis parkeren op het terrein. Busverbinding beschikbaar 200 voet over de heuvel bij Walmart. Cab-transit beschikbaar via telefoontje.

Cooperstown ASV

Wonderful location to ASV for three families there for their son’s week 6 games. Very clean, well stocked (plates, bowls, etc) kitchen for meals to be cooked there between games, plenty of towels, laundry machine was wonderful too. Bit cozy couch for little to relax. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, beautiful back yard area for siblings to play. Less than 10min drive to the park and close to Walmart for supplies and several coffee places for early mornings.

Allstar village stay

We had a great 6 night stay at this property. It was a perfect location to town and to allstar village! We were able to see deer multiple times during the week. The house was nice and cold which was good because we were there during a heat wave. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels but Walmart was close by. It was very nice to have laundry too. We were able to check in 30 minutes early which was good to drop off luggage and head over to opening ceremonies.

Perfect location for your Allstar village stay

This home was amazing! 10 minutes from Allstar village and less than that to any restaurants and store needed. You're on a beautiful windy road with a private back yard. The house was update and clean, as described and in photos. The homeowners are super attentive if you need them. Anytime we reached out they were very responsive. Even helped to make sure that we could all view a sporting event on TV that we wanted to see! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great property close to CASV!

We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location!

Perfect home for a week of baseball!

We were visiting the area as our son was playing at the Allstar Village in Oneonta. The host allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which I really appreciated. The home was clean, cozy, quiet and perfect for what we needed. The host even left some snacks, which our kids devoured. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house on a beautiful property. Close to everything. Cooperstown All-Star Village is about a 10 minute drive and downtown Oneonta is super close as well. Not a complaint, but strange layout. Four bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom and one bedroom downstairs with two bathrooms. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Perfect House!!

My family stayed at this house while my son played at All Star Village. This house was perfect in every way!! When you walk in you can tell it’s super clean and felt we “at home” right away there is not one negative thing to say! The owners answered any questions we had and were very pleasant. Very convenient to the stores and less than a 10 minute drive to All Star Village. This house is a gem and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It’s just perfect!

Our family absolutely loved staying here!! Such a beautiful, spacious and clean home! The best part was it’s proximity to All-Star Village. We loved being able to come back and forth between games. The yard was amazing too and we enjoyed some BBQing and wiffle ball games! Our younger son comes back to play Cooperstown in 2 years and we won’t stay anywhere else! Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location and plenty of room

We stayed here for our sons Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The house was about 20-25min from the park, very easy to get to. Having a Walmart so close by that you can literally walk to was soooo convenient. The house was very spacious and everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was very nice. The backyard was big and my younger son enjoyed playing with the whiffle ball bats that were provided at the house. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Cooperstown.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hartman’s home. We were out for our son’s Cooperstown tournament at All Star village which was a short 11 minute drive (2 exits on the highway). AC and fast WiFi were huge during a warm week (I would bring box fans next time for 2nd floor). Having Walmart a nine iron distance away was also great for any last minute grocery/supply needs. Late nigh Taco Bell runs were an added bonus.
