'My family and I were here 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect; right next to the beach and a short walk to Main Street Ontonagon. The house is older but well kept and has everything needed. Communication with the host was great and Michael checked in with us during our stay. The listing is not exaggerating about the beach path right to the yard, and the beach is amazing. '

'A new listing for the owner, but he lives in the area and met us on the way into the neighborhood, very attentive and concerned that we have a great stay. Lots of unexpected amenities -- Foosball, games, and books. Lots of room for a family to spread out. Highly recommend.'

'This was a great place to stay as we hiked the traphills on the north country trail! The large entry room was a great location for all of our hiking gear. Having the bar next door for a quick drink or food helped after a long hiking day too. '

'We had a nice visit; the house is conveniently located near the Big Powderhorn lifts. Individual heat control for each room was wonderful. Nice location for town and Snow River. '

'We only used the upsatirs and really liked the house. Very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Was absolutely in love with the woodsy backyard to a mostly pine forest. Last night we stayed we had a spike buck come with in 30 yrds of us at the campfire. Super cool to finish off our wonderful stay. Sorry though, didnt take any pictures of the back yard '

'Kitchen had everything we needed. No A/C but ample number of fans that worked great during the cool nights. Great yard with plenty of space and shade. Good central location to get to stores, restaurants, tourist spots. '

'We had a lot of adventures planned so we weren't at the house much - but it was a nice house, plenty of room, and parking - close to town but far enough out that it was quiet and beautiful. '

'Great stay at Jake’s bar. Location is right off M26, but surprisingly quiet. We were up to make some improvements on a newly acquired property and it was a great place to come back and rest and relax for the evening. '

'Stayed for the weekend - perfect for the two of us. There are two bedrooms in unit 1, one queen and one bedroom with two bunk beds. Kitchen with stove and microwave and full refrigerator. Small living room area to sit with couch and comfy chair. Outside was nice. Fire pit and an upper deck with gas fire pit. Nice view of the area. Gas grill on site too. Overall clean and cozy. Host was very responsive too. Great for our weeekend. '
